*please! If you dont understand/know Malay (Malaysian main language) you can stop here.. LOL because this post mix English & Malay..
Thank you
I was just 3 years old when I heard the word 'good luck' for the first time.. My mom said "Good luck, Azim (her friend's son) for PMR".. That was for the first time!
I was eating time tu and suddenly berhenti then tanya my mom "Ibu, what is 'good luck'.. I just know good morning, good afternoon & good night! So when is the 'luck' coming? It's coming when we're sleeping?" LOL
Budak2 time tu.. Everything yg ada 'good' kat depan mesti fikir waktu pagi, tengahari or malam.. Hahaha
"Hahaha no la kakak! Good luck tu mcm nk ucap sesuatu kat org supaya dia buat yg terbaik.. Mcm kakak nk main puzzle, ibu will say good luck kat kakak supaya kakak dpt siapkan puzzle.. Bila kakak dh siapkan puzzle, ibu akan cakap 'congrats kakak'..."
So after that, I keep using 'good luck' tu for everyone.. Time ayah want to go office "Ayah, good luck driving ok! Nnt dh sampai call me! Nk cakap congrats!" "Abang angah, good luck for school!" bila diorang sampai rumah "congrats abg!"
Everything/everytime I saw something yg boleh di-good-luck-kan I akan cakap "good luck"! Sampai la mereka jemu but they don't! Hahaha lg diorang seronok, lg happy la I duk good luck..
Bagi org lain maybe I ni annoying sbb duk good luck je but dont you know? Sometimes just with that simple word can make people happy or bahagia or ketawa terbahak-bahak sampai gila.. So stop membenci budak2 *plus I* yg suka ckp something berulang kali.. That's part of learning & mengenali budi bahasa budaya kita tu.. Kesian tau budak2 *plus I* yg suka bercakap tp dihalang oleh org2 yg tak suka mendengar lalu memarahi.. Kalau tak mau dgr, pakai cermin kalis bunyi kat kepala LOL
Hahaha that was my first good luck reaction.. LOL! Cute juga I time kecil :) kelakar pulak tu.. + dgn petah bercakap dwibahasa perghhhhh Confirm jd rebutan org ramai dulu...
As the conclusion, till now I suka good-luck-kan kawan2... Walaupun simple jeeeee.... Janji I bahagia..
